Luz from New Jersey I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. The medical doctor who had diagnosed me had informed me that my condition had to be treated with Western medication and that it was quite likely that the medications would have to be taken for the rest of my life.I wanted more options and more control over my body. I decided to work with a nutritionist for support and guidance. The recommended dietary changes did initially relieve my symptoms but after a few weeks they returned. Frustrated with the reoccurring pain, bloating, and bleeding, I agreed to take the Alcat Test. The test was simple and yet the results were life changing. Many of the “healthy foods” I was consuming daily were simply not right for my body and were causing inflammation. The list of foods to avoid was long but most importantly, it was a list I could have never come up with myself. Foods like black pepper, red lettuce and pears were making me sick. There were approximately 300 food items on the list. After only 3 days of eating the allowed foods I felt better. The pain, bloating and bleeding had stopped. After the first week, I was back to myself. It has been almost a year and I have not taken one pill. I feel great. I am proof that when the body is given what it needs, it will heal itself.
Bob from Vancouver – I was diagnosed with mild asthma and prescribed the requisite puffers and pills. I had been taking on a daily basis: antihistamines, pp inhibitors and nasal sprays.
On a chance sighting, poolside in Florida, I saw someone reading “Your Hidden Food Allergies are Making You Fat.” The person told me about the Alcat Test and how much of an impact it had made on his health and his wife’s health as well.
My Alcat Test results identified wheat, white potato and dairy as being strongly intolerant – this was no surprise to me as I often feel “off” after eating these foods. However, the test identified chicken, coconut, carrots, tomatoes, veal, pork and fennel as strongly intolerant as well. Garlic, beef, dates and others were identified as being a medium intolerant level. Though only mildly intolerant, grapefruit and apples have caused severe coughing episodes. I would have never suspected these foods as being “unhealthy” to me without the use of the Alcat Test.
Stephanie From Florida – I want to take a moment and tell you how pleased I am that I had the Alcat Test done. I was feeling sluggish, could not lose weight, had a headache every day, and heartburn! When I heard about the Alcat Test, I was suspicious. How could food have such a negative effect on my system. However, I really wanted some relief.
I had the test done, and started eliminating the foods that I am sensitive to. What an amazing result. I do not have headaches or heartburn anymore. I have a lot of energy, and feel more optimistic than I have in years. A nice side effect also is that I have started losing weight. This has been such a struggle for me, and now I feel that I can shed the extra pounds that I have been carrying for years. I strongly support this test, and would be happy to share my success with anyone!
